Are you - like me - one of those people who are tired of the spywares and BHOs (Browser Helper Objects or Browser Hijacking Objects)? I tried to make an analysis of the tools available for the new trend of spywares stuff. This combination seems to be the best to prevent, attack and save the systems.
1. Lavasoft Ad-aware: Good tool to check your system for surreptitious objects that silently track / send your usage information to the malicious systems, pop up those annoying windows etc. The latest version 6.0 has an option to update your spy attack list. Check out here
2. Spybot S & D: Wonderful tool to check your system very fast. Catches some of those missed by Ad-aware.
3. SpywareBlaster: Now that you have deleted whatever is already in your system, how about blocking those before they enter the registry or your system from now on? This tool exactly does that, and does it perfectly. This uses kill-bit typically used for blocking those crazy ActiveX stuff that modifies your system without asking you anything.
For now, this combination does the job well giving you a smooth online experience. And it works for me. Who knows about tomorrow?!
I happen to read the interview with the great magician PC Sarcar Jr. in MSN India. One of his answers was just wonderful. Here it is:
Padma: Many holymen also perform disappearing tricks…
Sorcar: Everybody has magical elements inside them. Our Vedas speak about it. Let them do it, but please do not associate divinity with it. Be frank, be honest. If one can cure through magic then why should some divine persons support hospitals? Cure patients by your magic!
Interestingly this was the point of view I had on the so-called divine people like Sai Baba. And I feel so happy that a magician also feels the same.
