Brilliant Architecture

The temple tower was about 200 feet high and I was trying to see how much I could zoom with my camera. I was rather stunned to see the intricate visually appealing carvings out there on the top.

The Assemblage

During my school days, my eldest brother used to get some old photography magazines and I vividly remember one picture similar to this with which he taught me photography. I should dedicate this picture (I am sure he won’t be very happy with this not-so-perfect shot though) to my brother for kindling the creativity in me.

Nature, at its best.

Do you still wonder if God exists?

Bright Yellow and Brilliant Maroon

So subtle and so beautiful.

Yellow Corolla

I think flowers can be compared to music. Each variety signifies a raga. And each flower in a family denotes a unique note in the raga.

Lily in the Pond

In the midst of the muddy water lies the beatiful lily.

Stainless Stigmata

God must be creative and has to have a lot of aesthetic sense to create such beauty. I wonder why this portion of the flower is named “stigma”!

Let there be light!

The opportunity found in yesterday’s powercut.

The color of festivity

This yellow flower is an essential symbol of the festive dussera that is on here in India now.

Mode: F2.8, 1/5s in Super Macro mode.

Soft red and spicy green

Taken with my new Canon S2. Liked the contrast of the tomato’s red with water droplets and chili’s green.

Mode: Av 2.7, Vivid Mode with +2 compensation.
